Happy Birthday intvsteve! We apparently share more than just an interest in Amico 🤫

Happy Birthday! (And thanks! Though by birthday isn't today -- guess I should have been more clear. It happens to coincide with the Special Event coming soon! :D )

Ah, as great as this video is, think your present will be better than mine (but I got mine already, so one in the hand, two in the bush and all) 🧐

Thanks Tommy, that was fun to watch.  It’s also great seeing the team having fun with all this as well.

# IE, One of the top 10 companies to work for in 2021.  That could be something.

The video has caught both fans and haters off guard. It is great because:

- It shows the positive energy and creativity behind the Amico

- It shows that Tommy is serious about it

- It shows that Tommy has the money to do this properly

- It also shows that controllers are unusually resistant

A great video for the fans and a terrible one for the haters.

Great video!!!  Well done by all involved.  So good to see the sense of humor, non-pc... Ball breaking and disregard for safety that made growing up in the 80s so much fun!

I'm partial, but I liked the launch in the Ferrari the best.  😂

Lawnmower test, firepit, and rocket launch... F'n great man!!!

Wouldn't it be something if once the Amico launches, Tommy hires all of us to work at Intellivision.  I think it would be awesome.

Need that Japan launch~

Hopefully it happens, and I'd definitely do it if it does happen. I like this place a bit too much to want to move away.

We could be paid shills... I'm all for it! When you become an employee/shill, I can imagine that you get when you start: A Computer. at least 2 Monitors. Stapler. Pens/Pencils. When released, The special Employee/Shill Edition of the Amico. (Color NEON GREEN).  65" Monitor for the Amico.  Free Access to all games. A water bottle. Amico Track Suit. An official "I'm a Shill for Tommy" set of business cards.

We would all have imaginative titles. Curly Q would be "Director of Strategic Image Manipulation".  OEB Pete would be "VP of Positive Thinking". Of course Intellivision Master would be "Senior Vice President of Getting Media out fast". The title had to be changed as the original title of "Getting S^*t out fast" offended some person in Oregon.  Please don't take offense to that Oregon.

I would be ecstatic to be be part of an Easter Egg. Credits someplace in the consoles settings. Or someplace in our favorite games.

Can it be transparent neon green instead? Too bad my house is far too small for a 65 inch monitor, though...

As the super non-official title giver for this forum... I dub the - "Vice President of worldwide Troll Hunting". Go forth and slay. Do so in your Amico Track Suit!

Here is a very early mock up of the game that was going to the ColecoVision.. The Amico version will be much better.

Dracula Unreleased ColecoVision Game - ColecoVision / Adam ...'

Forgot to add - Look the Amico CAN do 3D!

SENSATION

I overwhelm as I approach you
Make your lungs hold breath inside!
Lovers break caresses for me
Love enhanced when I've gone by

You'll feel me coming
A new vibration
From afar you'll see me
I'm a sensation
I'm a sensation

They worship me and all I touch
Hazy eyed they catch my glance
Pleasant shudders shake their senses
My warm momentum throws their stance

You'll feel me coming
A new vibration
From afar you'll see me
I'm a sensation
I'm a sensation

Soon you'll see me, can't you feel me
I'm coming
Send your troubles dancing, I know the answer
I'm coming
I'm coming
I'm a sensation

I leave a trail of rooted people
Mesmerized by just the sight
The few I touched now are disciples
Love as One I Am the Light

A great video for the fans and a terrible one for the haters.

But it failed the sword, lawnmower, and Yanni tests.

That's actually something that took me a bit off-guard, but I really liked. I enjoyed that it wasn't just a bunch of tests that showed it as being indestructible. It gave it a more realistic feel. Yes, it's a very durable controller but there are things that can destroy it.

Troll Hunter has a nice ring to it. You could adapt the Ozzy sung "Dog the Bounty Hunter" song too.

My guess is there is a common theme between them.

The Ferrari represents core and elegant horsepower

The horse represents primitive and literal horsepower and,

The busted remote represents Pat and Ian being figurative horse’s asses.

The only thing I cant figure is how this is all supposed to tie to Amico.

Guess I Just have to wait a week to find out about that part of it.

I was close 🤣

I’m kinda close and been with my company 33 years, with another few to go for getting the full retirement package, and I’ve thought about applying.

Tommy, I’m the only one you will ever hear this from - you’re  2 years too early.

Well, he didn't get to it, but I sure as hell am going to delete it and put a stop to this type of character assassination.  Please focus on the merits of the Amico, and stop attacking others who don't share your opinions on the Amico.  Surely you haven't run out of things to discuss that you've become bored and need to attack others?

Thank you.  I haven't had to do much moderating in here recently, but I've been preoccupied with interviews today and haven't had the chance to check in very often.  I would only direct everyone back to my earlier post: it's better to ignore the critics than to needlessly antagonize them.
