Here...going to bold it and italicized it. Like I said I had no problem with that comment. It was the one in the Q&A thread from a different user.

I'm glad you didn't have a problem with that as I know you work with kids and it's a serious issue.  As I'm sure you're aware and as you mentioned, I was obviously talking about professional suicide and not human suicide.

I know but there has been a lot of mental health, crazy but talk in the Q&A especially in regards to Ian. I don't expect you to like either of those guys and neither do I expect others too. Heck I don't know if I do or don't. But I do think that type of talk has gone on too much.

And to show some self awareness I laid off of the VCS supporters for the same crap.

The new one of Shark Shark looks washed out, but I think that is a good thing. While the old footage colors were more vibrant, I think that it would be hard to tell the difference between the background and foreground. I like the new look of the shark too.

I believe it's on purpose so you can see the action on top of the background. The fish and the other objects are more vivid.

@Tommy Tallarico

I watched Pat and Ian "apology" video maybe 25-99 times(I've lost track) before viewing that unlisted response video. I usually listen to that to help me focus on my projects.  After watching that video, it changed my views.  I was curious if there was a hardware produce or not, and there it was, on your desk showing the circuit board of the Amico and the controllers.  Then I thought to myself, why are they treating this like the Coleco Chameleon?  They shown, hardware, games, and etc.  It's very different. Smash JT, tipster, and rockalot(loves his voice btw) solidify my thoughts. I've watched the interview with Rich, and Pete. Really well done.

As long as I can bite the tail of the shark and kill him in this game.  I'm happy.

Now... multiple that by about 40 in the first few months of release... and now ya got something special.   :)

Every game won't be for everyone of course... but we have only shown approximately half of the games we're working on.  Some incredible things on the horizon.

I'm looking forward to it. Skiing looks really good so far, and if you have more stuff like that, good! Looking forward to going through the game store and seeing what is available, especially with the prices being as low as they are. Speaking of the store, when do you think we'll get to see what it looks like? My only request is that it's more responsive than the PS3 store. That thing is super slow and extremely laggy for some reason. PS4 store is much better! Too bad for them I always buy physical if it exists, even if I have to import it from the US to get it.

Xbox store can be a pain sometimes too.

I've heard it's also infested with annoying ads and stuff. At least it was 10 years ago when everyone at work was complaining about the ads everywhere.

In general, the store fronts I've used (Switch, XBox, etc) are all tedious and aggravating, especially the MS one for the XBox.  You'd think that clicking on tiles would be an easy proposition.  ;)

I think a good storefront UI would go a long way for user acceptance in a new console.

Yes, I forgot the one on the Switch! That's actually really slow and unresponsive. Not as bad as PS3, but still annoying. I think Vita's is the most responsive/usable that I've seen but the layout sucks. 3DS is about the same but maybe not quite as good. I forgot how the Wii's was and it's gone now so nobody can check. I think I remember the Wii U being mostly decent, but it's been a while.

I never had problems with WiiU or 3DS. UI will be helpful but I'm pretty sure acceptance is going to be based on the games.

ok, i see what you mean.  I do think, tho, getting people to buy MORE games other than what's packed in will be dependent on how big a pain in the ass their eshop is. :)

I was dumb and meant to multi-quote.   My grievances with the Switch eshop go far beyond the scope of this thread.  ;)  I agree.

Or how hard it is to connect to the internet. If people buy physical too they won't be happy if they don't have it hooked up online. Hopefully they put that on the packaging that internet is required.

Unfortunately I can't comment on Switch eshop. I've never used it.

I'm concerned the direction the amico community is going in, it used to be a fun little thing with some family YouTubers. but now that whole crowd of drama channels they've now inserted themselves into the amico thing and its just too much drama. it doesn't look good and  he needs to stay focussed on the family friendly, it's not Tommy's fault he's probably unaware of the community that has now set their sights on this thing and I'll tell you they're not good people, they're not family people and I'm afraid that the Amico might go down in flames because of it. this will be the last post I make on the subject because amico is supposed to be fun not dramatic and I guess that's what happens when you get involved with YouTubers, their main goal is attention and money.

A long time ago I tried to say let the Pat and Ian stuff go, but they keep coming back up. It is something that in my opinion was blown up in the beginning and wasn't that big of deal. It then became one for various reasons. I also think the us vs them mentality isn't good overall. I think it takes away from the family fun message.

I think there would be more than just that to make this go up in flames. Unless this somehow blows up to the demographic who doesn't know/care about said YouTubers.

Im like you beefy, ignore them and let the cream rise to the top. Intellivision need not stoop to that level. P&I have their audience and that audience doesn’t care if they quote the price wrong or miss a detail or two. My advice was like yours when it blew up originally, just let them be and don’t waste your time. I don’t know how this continued YouTube interaction helps them with their mission. To be clear, Tommy seems to be done with them and their channel. Other YouTubers probably love all the drama and viewers it brings.
