Okay, that's fair enough.  The pictures were posted after I suggested that everyone shouldn't; those are easy enough to hide.  But I'm not going to work through every item on somebody's grudge list; the people you mention aren't innocent victims and weren't kicked out of these threads for no reason.

When is Amico going to get its own subforum in the "modern gaming" area?

 

and then please move all these Amico threads to that new subforum?

 

This Intellivision forum is for the "classic gaming" system, and it is getting cluttered with these off topic threads

 

Also having its own subforum will help having smaller individual threads/posts instead of these having two giant unwieldy threads

That would be a question for @Albert.  So far, I think the Amico discussions have benefited from being in the Intellivision subforum, simply because of the significant overlap between the two user communities.  But as we get closer to the release date, and as the marketing begins to address a wider audience, I expect that the two will diverge.  I wouldn't be opposed to the idea of a dedicated subforum, and I'll happily help to migrate the Amico-related threads.  But again, it's Albert's decision.

What?  No fake outrage over them?  Why not?  You claim to have so much concern about how the AA forums are seen outside of here... so why not be more concerned about the vile negativity and constant attention THAT thread gets outside of here?

Lets see you go into that thread and screen grab all the funny things and photoshopping they've done over the last 2 years and say to them... "Hey guys, it's not cool that you do this... we don't want the outside world to think any less of the AA forums".

I've seen SO MANY Facebook, Twitter, Reddit and YouTube comments from people who backed the AtariVCS who are constantly calling out the awful things people say in that AA thread.  That thread gives more bad vibes to people than this one ever has.  So please... give me a break. 

 

So where is your outrage and screen grabs?  So why not complain about that thread as well?  Maybe because all your buddies are over there? 

If you claim for a second that the things we say over here to have a little fun is the same type of hateful vitriol that goes on in other parts of this forum... then you need to take a good look at yourself and how biased you've become.

 

Now lets watch all the folks who LAUGH and HAHA at this post.  Y'know... the ones that say they ignore me and don't want to engage with me (yet continue to do it on a daily basis).  The ones who can easily hit the IGNORE button but never do. 

 

Because of my continued presence I've brought a TON of positive people to join AA who never heard of this place.  And a lot of YouTubers who speak positively about it and mention it in their videos.  And if you think it's bad now with all these positive and excited folks... you ain't seen nothing yet bud.  Wait til it's released and a huge success and I start telling people to come on over and join the fun.  You won't have enough piss for all those Cheerios.

I think it's time too to move them. This is a classic gaming forum after all and Amico is a new beast. Plus all the smaller Amico threads with this one and the Q&A seems to be drowning out the retro stuff.
