Intellivision Amico - Tommy Tallarico introduction + Q&A

I get through the PayPal screen but then it just goes back with no prompt that it was successful. Right now PayPal is not showing the $100usd purchase.  
 

does everyone else get a notification?  I’ve tried 3 times maybe I’ve reserved 3 amicos now lol

Got mine. Can't specify quantity, so cmart is furiously clicking away still, buying one at a time, I predict.

Got my confirmation!! So happy

I paid through PayPal as well. You should receive an email from PayPal for your purchase/ deposit.

Yeah looks like there was no actual order process. We're just sending Tommy a 100 bucks to be put on a list, lol

So on my iPhone for some reason PayPal would not give me a confirmation even after being sent to PayPal website. So I tried a 4th time but used credit card option and it seems to have worked

very odd but anyone else in the same boat at me try non PayPal option 

too bad I was sure I was numero uno too!  Bragging rights and all

I bought three and used PayPal every time. Got three PayPal receipts.

I used the credit card option.   No email confirmation yet.   😟 

update:  I see the charge on my card.  Breathing again. 

Even though I wasn't sure I wanted one of these more expensive ones yet cuz I was thinking about just getting the white one, but I realized you might as well put the hundred dollars down cuz it is refundable atleast you have it and you know if worse comes to worst you can always give it to someone who really wants one if they run out. I really don't think they're going to go that fast though, I hopeTommy can prove me wrong.

I may have three - I wanted two (one to open, one to collect) but didn't get a Paypal receipt on the first one so sent two more orders. Will just have to wait and see...

Ha, yeah. Not very satisfying. The receipt I received from PayPal just says "Thank you for using PayPal credit," and the amount. Not very satisfying is it. I was like, "Well, there goes a hundred bucks. Hope it's legit. I guess I'll have to wait and see. "

Lol you might be right but it’s weird. I’ve got a PayPal notice to complete the transaction and a PayPal notice about my payment to Intv so I’m gonna let the dust settle a bit and then will Inquire on how to cancel to free these up

i def got a confirmation right on the site for the credit card purchase (can’t remember congratulations or whatever) but nothing on the 3 PayPal purchased until these two emails (one to complete and one purchase)

This might be an iOS thing

I went straight for the credit card option. Still waiting on a confirmation, but the link said it processes successfully so I am not terribly worried.

Honestly I was half expecting a PayPal to choke on this many transactions all trying to go through at once; so I thought I would use the CC option and bypass the rush!

I ordered one with a credit card, got no confirmation or even web page that said my order went through, so ordered another one and got the same thing. I sent an email to confirm whether my orders actually got there and if they got two, to cancel one. We'll see I guess.

I feel like there should be an email confirmation for really any order, but especially one where you're paying $100 up front. There's no paper trail.

Same thing I was thinking...I have waited to submit a 2nd order as I wanted one for my brother. 
 

Funny thing is my gmail still doesn’t show the email! Glad I used my hotmail as well!

Would have been cool to get a "congrats" screen afterward and some type of confirmation from Intellivision too, but hopefully the PayPal receipt will do.

If Tommy doesn't come through I am flying out to Cali and getting my $100 in free Ferrari rides - of course with gas prices in California that is probably just around the block

I really only think the people on this message board and a few YouTubers we're waiting at this exact time though I don't know why everyone thinks there was so many people waiting for this time. The people I come across talking about this are always the same people.
