Badlands by Atari Games is single-screen car combat, built on the Super Sprint engine.

That's a fun game as well.  You never really saw that one in the arcades... at least I never did.  But I play it on MAME for sure.

I'm talking Demolition Derby... dirty... smash-up... all out fun.  Car parts flying all over the place... over-turns... blown engines...

Maybe options to enhance  your car.

Old cars, new cars... even... SCHOOL BUS DEMOLITION DERBY!!!

That whole "Release Date Fall 2021?" thing had me worried for a sec, until I actually watched the video. It's just speculation on Turbo Joe's part, which I disagree with...don't think the Amico will get delayed that long, if it does!

It had me worried too.  Hopefully the Amico comes out in April.  I'm tired of waiting, lol.

Would a limited release be out of the question? Ship the Founders and VIP editions and get all the bugs ironed out before the big launch day.

Sound like a plan?

This is great CurlyQ.  I'm glad you did this.  Santa is coming to town with the Amico.

TJ deserves it. He's a real hoot!

Deal! I will gladly pick up my wood grain VIP and report the bugs. Heck I'm happy with cyberpunk on pc... #KeanusFloatingCigarette

I haven't been here for a while, I think...

I asked before and it wasn't decided yet at that time, but I'm curious to see if it's been decided how the Amico's game store will work for those of us (me) who live in countries where the system isn't officially launching. I mean with stuff like the ability to enter my Japanese address and use my Japanese card to buy games. I want to be able to give Intellivision my money after the FE card runs out~

So yeah, basically I'm interested to know if it will be like Steam and more or less be region free (although Steam itself has a stupid and frustrating region lock that can actually prevent you from playing games you've already bought if you move to a different country, depending on the game) or if it will be closer to something like how PSN/Switch eshop work with their different variants for different countries, with each one requiring an address and payment method for that country.

I don't think it's possible for this particular game. Each player needs to have is own perspective, so it's better for online play. We would need to see all the course in one screen on Amico !?

Same thing for those asking for "AMONG US". I was curious about this game yesterday, and I looked someone played.

It's not possible to have a game like this in couch multiplayer, because when one members is killed, the MIC is turned off, he can't be part of the discussion when people are trying to guess who killed the player.

From what I have seen, when the youtuber playing the game was killed, he was listening, he was so tempted to tell that they were wrong and would have easily said who killed him if he was in the same room.

The idea is excellent, but the game would need to be different when playing with people in the same room. But maybe I am wrong. I must have more faith in Humatiny ! lol

I was one of thoses people who ask about it and in my mind i think it would be pretty cool to see that ,think about it like this : evryone has there own perspective on the controller and does there task on there and when the emergency meeting is called eveyone in the room can disscuse who might be the killer and even when they die they can still do task .im not the biggest fan of the game but i know my siblings would for sure play the amico with me if that was on there and i think a lot of other people would too. i mean personally if i had to ask for any game it would be a port of Daytona USA like htere is with virtual racing on the switch but i still think among us would be pretty cool on the amico .thats my own thought on it tho , i aint gonna complain if i dont see it but i just think that would be cool to see

They want Amico games to be played on the TV not the controller display.  You could have a mini-game on the controller but the main game should be on the TV.  If you want to play among us with family/friends in the same room you can all use phones/tablets.  They could make a variation or their own game that's similar but played locally on a single screen.

I could see a third person perspective (or first person) driving game on Amico but it would be a rally type game called Night Driver.  It's primarily a one player game but would have a co-op mode with a co-driver.  The co-driver would have a map on their controller and other key pieces of information that they communicate to the driver.

Oh I like Midnight Blue.... sweet color.  ;-)

Agreed. This is the blue Amico I didn’t know I wanted. Honestly I would put that above maybe every single other colour. 🤔

My package from Intellivision arrived today with my Shifty Eyed Dealer shirt and Intellivision backpack which will be the container for my original Intellivision to keep the dust away from it

I agree 100%

Please please please... No tips or other interrupters... It really is annoying.  I'd rather just read the manual.

This is awesome... almost like when I get in trouble with my wife... the argument often mimics this... exactly!  hahaha
