Tommy,

After the new EWJ releases on Amico, are you planning to bring the original EWJ 1 & 2 to Amico?  Maybe this was asked before, if so, sorry.

I would definitely consider it.  Could be really fun.

Blank Slate is something I’m now really excited about. It’s the perfect family game for my house. It’ll certainly be one of the first purchases I make assuming it’s not delayed for some reason.

Yeah... it's really cool and super fun to play on Amico.  And the game has never appeared digitally or electronically anywhere else.  The folks at The Op (aka USAopoly) are about 30 minutes down the road from my house and super cool folks who really love what we're doing.  We'll be doing a bunch of their titles in the future.  Blank Slate first, Telestrations 2nd.  More to follow!

@Tommy Tallarico i showed the new trailer and said its work in.progress to a girl.at work whos a switch gamer  im friends with. Shes addicted to animal crossing.and we talked zelda breath of the wild . She  was like its a beautiful game world but makes her dizzy with the way the camera moves.    I showed the 10/10 trailer when she seen shark shark she was like "now i could see myself playong this" same for cloydy moutain and astrosmash.   I et her try out moon matrol she loved that its challenging and downloaded  the amico club to her phone .

Shes 31 married  has 2 kids

Great feedback and story.  Thank-you for sharing.  Proves what we've known for the past few years and that every focus test we do further solidifies.

Funny how the negative folks have ZERO grasp that other people (especially non-gamers, casual gamers or hyper-casual gamers) may have different views and likes when it comes to playing a video game.  Complete narcissists thinking that the world must revolve around what they think and feel and anyone else is just "stupid" or 50 years old.  Gonna be interesting to watch all those folks pivot and come up with new excuses and theories as to why we must have "got lucky" and had nothing to do with our vision or talents as a team.

:)

Another great one with usual handful of obsessed ding dongs in the chat embarrassing themselves.  That Firewater dude was pretty hilarious.  I reached out to Max and told him we should do a interview together with that Firewater dude so I can give him more Amico info and see if he would change his opinion when he said Amico wasn't for him.  He sounds like a very reasonable and cool guy and I'd love to hear his thoughts after I filled him in with more info.

:)

Tommy, not sure if you've answered this before, but will there be a schedule made available to show when future games are scheduled to launch?  I'm interested in hearing when some of the Imagic games are coming out, also the Lock N' Chase that you mentioned on the 10/10 video. Would be cool if Intellivision website had a list of games and expected launch dates.

Hi Tommy. Thanks for releasing the Breakout Demo on PC. Really a great game.. When you played through it you want to keep playing the title... So hard its only one level. A must have for me....

And Cyrus Martin has really made a great Video on Amico and Pat and Ian:

This is from Snestastic.  He's talking with Shockz16.  They discuss the Amico at 1:18:00.

I have been loving Snestatic's chats with various retro gamers around the UK. Not usually too Amico specific, but very entertaining.

Also @Tommy Tallarico if Hans is sitting on a pile of promotional t-shirts in Germany, Snestastic Pete mentioned it is crazy expensive to get one in England. It is sad he doesn't have proper shilling garb, the shillaliens won't even give him a second look 😜

The Playdate is a very similar console to the Amico in a lot of things:

- "Retro" consoles with a modern touch, almost the same release date, similar price ($150 the portable console, $250 the home console with 2 controllers), graphics that are not on par with modern consoles, unique approach to the controller, unique approach to the eStore (and they both look cool).

It's also clear that they're different, as the Amico is aiming higher and the Playdate can't possibly dream to sell 1 million consoles (stranger things have happened, but the crank and the black and white graphics clearly make this a very cool experiment more than a traditional console).

But somehow, as RetroAdvisoryBoard pointed out in the Retro Bro video (his comment appears around the 1h mark), none of these haters (neither the famous ones nor the strange persons who create pages with literally hundreds of photoshopped memes attacking the Amico with 0 likes) attack the Playdate for its graphics or price. The price thing is especially interesting, because Playdate games look like 1990 portable games and can only be played single player. And the crank thing is also worth mentioning, why is nobody obsessed with that when it's obvious that it won't be comfortable to hold as it doesn't naturally adapt to your hand and forces you to make a weird move?

I guess Tommy Tallarico is the answer. The Playdate doesn't have a face, doesn't have a front man that you can attack and get obsessed with. This is why I always recommend to stay away or ignore people that create drama instead of confronting them.

Tommy is not perfect. Maybe his style and passion are too old school for some? Maybe he sometimes promises things that after 2 years are not totally possible 100%? Maybe his approach of personally clarifying any misinformation is too much for some people? But the truth is, thanks to his hyperactivity, we all know the Amico and the word is spreading. Let's be honest, many of us (not sure if a 25%, 50% or 75%) wouldn't even know the Amico if Intellivision Entertainment had used a low profile communication style as the Playdate does.

Tommy,

You should watch the video Retro Bro did about P&I.  It's funny.  🤣  There's a part in the video where Retro Bro makes fun of Pat's laugh.  He says something that I thought was so random and hilarious at the same time.

Ha!  Good stuff.

Yes!  It will all be integrated into our website closer to launch.  Backend was started a few months ago and we have 2 more full time people coming on board Monday as part of the team.

Agreed!!

And image how cool it will be with Amico driving the experience.  Instead of passing around pads and then at the end of the game everyone huddles around everyone's pad... once you draw on your controller and the timer (on the main screen) is up... your drawing just transfers to the other person's controller!  And then at the end... all of the pics for each player (one at a time) are displayed on the main screen for everyone to see!  It's really super cool!!

Same developer that is doing Blank Slate & BackTalk Party are working on Telestrations as well.  They're great.  Based out of Colorado.

Hadn't heard of that before.  I agree with Nintendo.  Seems frivolous and as mentioned, they never claimed they had the actual players.

Tommy,

That was a good show last night with Next Level Gaming.

Yes, thank you Tommy and Mike (NLG) for that episode, the part where you went through the gameplay trailer game by game and Tommy gave some comments and explanations to them was really interesting and helpful👍
