I missed out on the Founder's Edition but I definitely want to get in on VIP. I really hope Space Armada is going to be on there eventually. 

I thought Skiing looked really good. I wish the sprite was bigger but it would probably hamper what you could see ahead of you that way.

I thought the skiing and cornhole game was the two best looking games shown in the trailer. Moon Patrol #3 for me.

This thread seems to have become needlessly antagonistic lately, which is contrary to its purpose as an "independent" discussion thread where "all participants are free to express their own perspectives and their own points of view" ... "whether they are positive or negative, critical or supportive."  Going out of one's way to say provocative things and claiming afterward that it was just harmless "ball-busting," or getting picayune over trivia, does not serve that purpose.  Using this thread as a place to ask direct questions which should be asked in the Q&A thread, as is clearly stated in the thread rules, or posting passive-aggressive post reactions to the answers that are given, does not serve that purpose either.

 

Let's try to put an end to this kind of behavior.  I haven't had to block anyone from this thread in a while, but I may not have a choice if this behavior persists.

My order would be Moon Patrol, Dyna Blaster and Skiing. If I see a longer Dyna Blaster and don't like it as much that could change the order easily.

Yeah, I agree. I think the size is good for the angle/view that the game has. I thought the crumbling ice pack part was a really interesting twist on the game.

I'm guessing with the avalanche it will force you to increase speed and such. Might make it for a more intense ride.

So when it comes to Amico there is a lot of casual vs hardcore gamer talk. I was excited to finally see Emoji Charades and Cornhole. I'm intrigued by the ice cream game.

 

However, most of the games we have seen or know about are retro games. Do we see these games a casual or hardcore?

 

Pong and Breakout I see more as casual, but Moon Patrol and Night Stalker? Maybe its the time frame I came from but I see more of those is the hardcore realm. What's everyone's thoughts?

Also been trying to update stuff. If anyone see's anything amiss in the specs department or I missed a game we've seen footage of let me know. Haven't listened to the latest video update either so there might be something there I haven't added yet. Feel free to let me know as it's hard to watch those with little Beefy getting in my face. 😜

I think the ice cream cone one may be Talk Back Party. He's pretty much just wetting the appetites for retrogamers right now. I still think he's holding out on 90% of the casual games until summer, like the other companies.

I would assume he's holding off on more.

 

Do you see the retro games as casual? I don't really hear about us retro gamers being referred to as hardcore. I know these will be new games but still have a lot of that retro feel. Are we no longer hardcore?

I don't know, if you're nerdy enough to keep playing and collecting 40 year old consoles and games, sign up into a forum primarily dedicated to retro gaming, I think it's safe to say you're pretty hardcore about gaming.
