Intellivision Amico - Tommy Tallarico introduction + Q&A

Um, hope I’m not letting any cats out of the bag (but if its not me, it will be someone); is the box art shirts already confirmed?  See pic of something I found online...

It's been a while since I stopped by again. Good that Amazon UK is sold out since that means it's selling, but also bad because more people can't get it.

Question 2:  Would you want the size of the art to be the exact size of the box?  (approximately 8 inches long)
Or... would you prefer a bigger style like this:

Need B-17 Bomber. Big art is good, I think. Real Intellivision box size might be a little small.

I’d like to see Utopia, Star Strike, Sub Battle, B-17 Bomber with big art on a t-shirt. 
 

Utopia would be my first choice if I had to pick one.

I was thinking NHL Hockey too, but realized it wouldn't be possible with the NHL in it, so maybe they could do the sports games without the licensing?

In addition to the ones listed, I'd add Sea Battle, B-17 Bomber, and Las Vegas Poker and Blackjack.

As for the size, I like the bigger one.  What I think might work really well though is to have the box art on the back, and then on the front have the inlays. So two small inlays on the top left side on the front, and the full box art on the back.  Just a thought.

Use just the main logo on tan shirts...the original run of B-17 Bomber did this and it was on a white shirt. 

This would look really good for Space Spartans, Bomb Squad and B-17 Bomber.

Although a great and favorite game of mine, I don’t think Sea Battle ever hit Intellivision iconic status like Astrosmash or Frog Bog (I could be wrong), but I do think it has one of the best box arts of the library; at least thats my opinion.

For myself, if I could only pick one, this would be it based solely on the art alone (of course art is subjective and there is also that I really loved this game)

Maybe the remake can include jet fighters (and maybe a vintage prop fighter option?) that you can launch off the carriers to buzz bomb enemy fleets that are in range.

As a huge Inty fan this might be a surprising opinion but I never liked the tan boxes and I honestly don't know if there's a single human who looks good in a tan shirt. Lol. Any colour but tan.

Agreed.  That said, the space boxes are the BOMB (pun intended)! 😁

I never even liked the tan Christmas Carol homebrew box,It could have been a nice green and red combo. 

Or something other than tan!😄

Lol... Ok..we can meet in the middle.  Just the title on a white shirt...like the original.  

But the Intellivoice game titles are perfect for t-shirts...just the title, not the box 

Unfortunately, nothing in the online store is really grabbing me. Id like to see things like lapel pins, merch that isnt centered around the old stuff. A poster of the new cloudy mountain of some sort would be cool, like the gran turismo posters

I LOVE the retro stuff, but seriously, if I'm going to pay for and walk around wearing a Nike swoosh, why the fuck am I going to wear one from thirty years ago? Now to be fair, I wear my black-distressed-running man hat, but I am ready for the new.

Has the Nike swoosh changed that much in 30 years?  I never took any notice, I’m sure the “Nike” lettering has gone through some font adjustment over the years.

That's some overstock from one of our old licensors (before Intellivision Entertainment was started).  So those are legal, but may only have certain sizes available (they won't be making more).

There are some fakes out there but we cleanse the internet every couple of months but they just keep popping up.  What people may not realize is that in order to defend our trademark we must keep going after folks like this.  People who think we're just being mean don't have a grasp on anything business or trademark related.

We have 2 people on our team who focus on this at least a couple of days each month.

It was pretty cool.  We should do something similar again.

Yeah!  I like that.

We could go with the alternate boxes and names from when the NHL license had lapsed.  But I much prefer that classic image box.

Besides... this doesn't look very family friendly!  Jason here is only missing a machete it seems!
