No, I am asking the person making the claim to produce evidence of sad claim. The ESRB clearly has ratings and shows what is in the games. 

You're correct that you did not use the words "family friendly", however I would like to point out that your statement does imply that these "games" are some degree of "ok" because of some form of consent. 

Honestly, the whole thing makes my brain hurt.

Since games on Amico are only in 2d, split-screen might be not necessary but again.

Because I'm unable to post pictures of female and male genitalia...  Here's a link to a discussion about just ONE of the games that show full frontal nudity on the Switch.
(Super interesting that the parent who asked the question assumed that Nintendo would have not allowed it... this has been my point from the beginning.  I was shocked to discover this kind of stuff existed on the Switch as well).
 

Here's an article showing how another game eventually had to be PULLED from the U.S. e-shop store because of the x-rated nature including full frontal nudity.  The game was available as an x-rated game on the Switch in the U.S. but when they wanted to do a physical copy of the game they needed to get an ESRB rating... so they ended up pulling it from the U.S. shop.  The game WAS on the Switch in the U.S. and STILL REMAINS AS IS (X-rated) in other countries (which the article references).
