You will still need to expand the storage, it seems, but it seems you can do it with the SD card slot, which is obviously cheaper than SSDs are. I wonder if it's possible to take the SD card out, put it in your computer, and store your Amico games there. Or maybe it was the USB. Same thing either way.

Not sure but I will tell you I have a bunch of Sony sd card for PSP and Vita and those things were never economically friendly. 

If Tommy just let's us use off the shelf sd cards much like the Switch I will be the happiest gamer on the block.

Apologies if it's been explained already, but that peaked my curiosity.  What, if anything, is different on the Amico that makes it easier to power on than the others?   I googled it but found info on Amico Mig Welders instead  😁

I noticed that on the black edition the Amico logo above the running man is hardly visible. Is that on purpose? I'd rather prefer it to be in a silver or light blue tone though 

Got my VIP order for the black console (order #01307)

Very excited for this! So many games shown already that I'm excited to play.

One request for Tommy, since I missed the Founder's Edition, is it possible  to have a VIP patch available for purchase? There's something nostalgic about Atari and Intellivision and the old Activision patches. I'm cool with a different one from the Founder's patch, since they deserve something unique. I wouldn't mind buying a VIP one from the store though.

Anyway, glad to see early success for this console. I'll keep spreading the word and showing support.

Since I use Firefox, I paste the text in the search bar which is so much quicker!

I granted edit permission to your post, so you should now go be able to go back and change it.

I don't know exactly why but pre-ordering the VIP version of Amico made me go back in time to many years ago, when I was a child and made me relive that excitement I felt when I went with my Father to buy the first games for the Intellivision he had as a gift that Christmas.

Perhaps because for the pre-order of the VIP version I did not feel that "pressure" that was present at the pre-order of the Founders of Friend Edition and made me enjoy the purchase "without worries".

Thanks Tommy and Intellivision Entertainment teams for giving me this emotion. ❤️

I decided the Amico isn't for me.  I'm going back to being the Atari_Master.  All hail ATARI.

Who am I kidding?  Intellivision all the way baby!  Gotcha ya.  April Fools!
