You didn't ask about Europe but Intellivision did just announce two major retailers in Europe - MediaMarkt & Saturn. They are basically the Best Buy(s) of Europe.

Ah!  Yes!  Thanks.  Forgot about that.  Things moving so quickly!!   :)

I was just playing night stalker last night. Still alot of fun. Cant wait to play the new one. Having multiple players will make it so much better. Will there be an invisible robot?

Yeah hard for me to keep up too with Hans Ippisch managing the dozen+ German development teams, leveraging his decades of experience in German media connections, recruitment drives at European Dev conferences, coordinating investments from the Bavarian government, game play testing and acting as an overpaid "introducing people to gaming" flunky ;)

Wow.  Crazy.  Assuming it's because "weight" is everything is F1 and there are very strict restrictions.

Have you ever checked the weight limits in your Ferraris?  Im a corvette guy and I know the weight limits is only a little over 400lbs in them.  So two big guys (im 225)  in the car and youre over the limit ( and to be honest while driving you can tell the car doesnt like it)

For the record... I prefer both ketchup and mustard on my veggie dogs.  And as much as I like pickles... I HATE relish.  Bleech!

🌭

Ketchup and mustard is a solid combo.  Also, personally, I am not a fan of relish myself.  Other great things to put on a dog are chilli, cheese, and aji amarillo imo.

Here's a really interesting list that basically outlines all the games with available alternate display modes on the original Xbox.

They were incredibly forward thinking at the time. A 2001 machine with 1080i capability was pretty monumental, but it went largely unused because no one knew what the hell 1080i/1080p was in the mainstream market. Not to mention getting a display capable of that was next to impossible (or was impossible for 1080p). The fact it got the MX Unleashed and MX vs. ATV Unleashed games running in 1080i is really impressive.

I used a modded Xbox Original "way back when" solely for XBMC (younger whippersnappers might be familiar with it's current iteration called KODI)

We watched lots of 720p and 1080i content from my Windows SMB share courtesy of that cable. Also was a great MAME setup that eventually got put in an Jamma cabinet using the Ultimarc cables

Pretty much ONLY on hotdogs am I a ketchup, mustard AND relish person. Usually relish doesn't play into things otherwise. Pretty fascinating to see what people like. Any hotdog & mayo fans out there? The Belgians eat mayo with their frites (french fries) so it is a possibility (a horrible, perverted possibility but a possibility none the less ;) ).

I have had hotdogs with mayo.  It is not too bad, but definitely way down on my list to put on a dog.

I have yet to find a tasty veggieDog.  Burger yes... dog no.

something about a weenier needs to be just right... where burgers can be a bit more different in tastes where it still works.

Totally agree, the impossible burgers etc I think are fine and dont mind them at all. Veggie dog ..nah.. The hot dog is all about the bun IMHO.  Gotta be fresh, steamed a lil doughy like at the ballpark

Can't find those Amico Controllers anywhere. Getting real angry. Luckily I'm listening to my new Earthworm Jim soundtrack. All is good. Maybe if I Launch that cow...

Yay, no sleep since I decided to do some work over the night but got distracted by stuff and have a meeting in 4 hours and 7 minutes and then a full day of remote work!

Anyway, I've not read anything since my previous post and I think that one where Tommy gave the up-to-date info about manufacturing, but I just found some interesting information that's somewhat related.

So I've been mentioning the PC Engine mini a lot here since it's a pretty good example of what's going on with manufacturing in China right now, and guys elsewhere (TurboGrafx thread, etc.) are saying that they are getting emails from Amazon saying that the TurboGrafx-16 mini has now been delayed until December~January. Amazon Japan had it in stock, but it's now sold out. Not sure what's going on with Konami and their manufacturing, but it's interesting to see how a large company like that can be affected by this.

Hopefully everything goes well for Intellivision's manufacturing, but I think that other companies will likely have delays this year, not just Konami.

True, he did say that.  But, while ketchup wouldn't be my first choice to put on a hot dog (or even my second or third for that matter), I would have to respectfully disagree.  I might say you shouldn't put ketchup on a hot dog, but I can certainly see the appeal to do so and don't fault anyone who does.

No I don't. Not one bit! It is a crime against nature to put ketchup on a hot dog. It is the worst thing someone can do to a food product in the world, and I include chocolate covered ants and canned calamari soup.

Also... Ketchup is Red. Do you know what else is red? COMMUNISM!

I put soy sauce on vanilla ice cream once to see what it tasted like. Is that worse?

Agree!  Best combination is mustard and onion.

And this is sort of Intellivision related.  BurgerTime had hotdogs in them...

We are!

It's a Tommy Tallarico Q&A. He answered about his absolutely horrible taste in summertime lunch food, and that's why he's so short!
