"Hmmm, I think I have some room for the Amico right over there"

...yeah, I think the 7.5 kW generator should be MORE than enough...

Is it a full moon tonight?  All the crazies are out today.  :)

My favorite part is when he declares that "at least the Atari VCS has licensed Atari games! Amico doesn't have sh*t!"

My other favorite is when he talks about Ellen.   :D

"I'm a stupid ass!"  (This was him describing himself various times in the video).

Well... at least we agree on something.

Complete random thought: has anyone ever found themselves trying to master the more trivial/useless parts of a video game, rather than just trying to improve at the game itself?

For myself, it was Gangster Town for the SMS. Light gun game, and I was NOT good. But you had a chance at your first GAME OVER for an extra continue. Your cop guy was all sad, and he gets his hat shot off. If you could shoot the hat back on, you got an extra continue.

Let me say this once more. I was NOT good, not at all. Probably convinced my father I'd be looking at glasses years before I'd need them. Still, if there was one shot I could hit in that game, it was popping the hat back on that cop guy!

Wow, well I am convinced ! My god, all that guy DOES is over react on thing he does little research on, he has not followed any of the history. He sure get's agitated over something nobody is forcing him to buy. 😂😂😂😂 Search AMICO in his videos and he has a couple vids shitting on Tommmy / Amico while defending Pat & Ian, THAT tells me all I need to know about the guy, just another small Youtuber trying to get the slightest crumb of attention by screaming and over reacting about anything people are currently talking about. 😛

yo tommy. how bout making a "beat em up" for the amico and calling it, "Super Cholos!"  it could be very similar to streets of rage. you would just have to fight and progress through various stages of the hood with several different venues like a pool hall or a nightclub trying to rescue some hookers from a rival gang or something. you could even make the final boss "Clubber Lang." i think it would be neat. think about it.

I really shouldn't say this, but ...

... with his straitjacket-like long sleeves and the completely featureless walls and high ceiling behind him, this video (judging only from the thumbnail, since I'm not watching it) looks as if it was shot in a holding cell deep in the bowels of a correctional institution.

You can just see how much the stuff Tommy does bothers them. Deeply, in fact. They can't even deal with Tommy's joking banter on Youtube videos. Everything about this gets under their skin. This is something I wouldn't even think twice about but it's deep inside these guys heads enough they have to bring it up.

I think my most favorite part is after he continues to declare that me and Intellivision should rot in hell and calls anyone who likes Amico every name in the book...  he then says... "I HATE THEM!"

before his last word to everyone is...

"Peace!"

Hahhahhahaaa!!

The lack of self-awareness in these videos is really sad. They are dying for attention/relevancy and are really upset smaller Youtubers get interviews and attention and they don't, I guess. They can't leave it alone.

I just wasn't aware that "Eska" is obviously a brand of vodka - must be really cheap stuff coming in those thin plastic bottles

I've seen several Darius Truxton videos. He is a complete nut. Pay no attention to this guy. He says crazy things just to get a reaction. He has several feuds going with other YouTubers. He does whatever he can to get more subscribers. I guarantee he is just acting the fool to try and get a Tommy interview.

I think it's a storage basement. I bet his father doesn't let him smoke in the main house. Notice that bottled water pack never loses it's plastic wrap in any of his videos?

Cut him some slack, Tommy. It's been a long winter & Corona lock down. He's just sexually frustrated.

Once he gets back to picking up truckers at the interstate rest stop, he'll be fine.😊

Hey Tommy, sorry if this has been asked, but the thread is now massive so - has the virus altered the release date? I ordered the founders' edition for the man cave but pretty certain I'll pick up a black one for the lounge too :D

I haven't been this excited about a console launch since the original Xbox. It's always fun to have a "new player"! Not that you guys are new but you know what I mean :)

But it's not about the limitations a console has. It's about would you do with what you have that counts and IE and Tommy are excelling at that in my opinion..

could not agree more.

“Limitation” (although I’d prefer to use the term capability) of the system bounds the games; ... and the cost to make them, and the span required to develop them.

I think this is a major part of Amico’s core philosophy.

Some of my best gaming experiences has been with 16 bit systems.  Its all about the fun of the game play and honestly, even with mediocre systems from 30 years ago, the only thing bounding that is the creativity and passion of the game developer.

K, he's got the headphones, but he ain't in a dark room and he definitely ain't no kid.

Thinking he’s more a hard core hoarder than hard core gamer.

Yep, my first example was off-roading in the Intellivision Auto Racing.  I like searching for the lanes that allowed you just drive straight forever. Wondering if that puts INTV’S Auto Racing as the worlds first “open world” video game? 🤔

I feel the original xbox is still a very capable console.  And it only had a 733mhz 64mb of ram 233mhz gpu vs the 1.8ghz 8 core 2 gb of ram the Amico.  So to me its going to be plenty powerful to do alot of amazing stuff.
