At least one of the pack-in games deserves a physical release. I would love to see a pack-in PHYSICAL release.  Just to experience, out of the box, both the physical and digital experience of the Amico.

This would be cool.  Hopefully it happens.  Wouldn't that be something?

Questo è per te Tommy! Oggi è stata presentata la Ferrari F1 2021, speriamo di accorciare il distacco dai leader. Quando è una partita della Ferrari per l'Amico?

I know this would drive up the cost of the unit. I can dream can't I?  I had a really interesting idea to set the Amico apart from everyone else even more:

While I don't know what Day One games will be physical, however , I can say that there will be a few in my household. :)

Yes !!! Make it Astrosmash !! It would also be a good promotion to let everyone know there are physical games available 😀

He's hiding in his underground bunker.  Lol.

He's busy running his own self-proclaimed donut shop. It's just down the street from the Amico Society.

How far along is Bi-Planes?

How about a this..  4 player!

Might as well have a racing game or in the vain of Triple Action...

The Army Surplus Special could be the Tank based game.

I would run home from school to try to catch one of these 2 cartoons and PIX on WPIX 11Alive  Then Deputy Dawg.   Oh the good old days.

Hey, Tommy, do you think y'all could make a shirt that has the rebel guy, says rebel, AND says Intellivision?  I think that would be great!  Thanks, M260.

In the podcast with Retro Bro last night, Tommy said more Amico videos are coming in April.  I still hope we get one or two this month.  Forgot to mention.  But OEB Pete said a video is coming 3/15 about Dynablaster.  So at least we have something to look forward to.

It would be cool if there was a light gun game on Amico.  I know light guns don't work on modern TV's.  There was a light gun being made for the Polymega that was going to work on modern TV's.  Imagine the Amico light gun and it comes with a physical game at retail.  That would be awesome.  The game could be a shooter compilation of 3 or more games to play.  I know last year I mentioned about having a sensor bar like the Wii had.  And you used the Wii mote to shoot at things on screen.  If the Amico had something like that in the future and the Amico controller/light gun was able to work with it would be great.

I think that is a great idea - but maybe with a little twist - just for special themed Amicos *cough*EWJ*cough*. Would be the ultimate bundle and a way to include the game without burning custom firmware and such.

BTW if you haven't checked you Intellivision Entertainment emails, there is a 15% off code going on to celebrate Pi & St Patrick's day. Just put these on order in honor of my favorite game on my favorite retro system:

I'm listening/watching this right now.  At about the 36 minute mark, Tommy mentioned as we get closer to launch/shipping  we'll get an email confirming things. Will we be able to "add" to the order at that time? Add a controller or two? Physical releases? Any cool accessories we want to add?

Along those same lines: Will the physical games arrive in stores when the VIP/Founders editions ship so we can give Gamestop some love? I have a feeling I'll do a bit of both.

Not related to the above:

Still listening so you may cover this later. But I did hear on another interview that there have been "Tens of thousands" of pre orders and only 60(ish) returns. (And 100K pre-orders from retailers) Those are some nice numbers to hear.  Would love to hear some more detail about the numbers when you can.

Assembling and getting our 3rd batch of development kits out to more developers.

Due to all the craziness happening in China we're having to order parts separately in very small quantities and make these by hand in our offices.

With over 700 parts and over 100 components, not a quick or cheap solution... but a solution none-the-less!

Do I see something we were not supposed to see?

Like a super-secret retro Amico that just happens to look exactly like an original Intellivision?

... you can put me down for one of those :D

6 Things have been confirmed and you cannot deny them Tommy:

1- Amico can run on 2 monitors

2- You get all your stuff from Target

3- That is a new Raspberry Pi board in the Amico

4- The Amico Supports Wii and Xbox Controllers (OR is that a Switch Pro Controller?).

5 - You are a little taller than you look in your pictures.

6- That looks like a lot of fun to build!!!

These are my initial observations. I'm sure others will have more.
