Sadly, I didn't get any email for a free Amico.  😥  I had 2 golden tickets.  But that's okay.  I have my FE preorder, so I'm still a winner.  Even though the FE isn't free.

Are you still going to show the physical media packaging later this month?  I remember you saying something about late July for the cover art of the physical games.

Yep no luck here either, however I am rooting for an AtariAger to have gotten a prize. I believe someone mentioned in the comments of tonight's All Access Podcast they had won so congrats to them and all the other winners!

Gamescom Event Show is again from Geoff Keighley and IGN is presenting it. Koch Media the european Intellivision Amico distribution is also at the event so Tommy Tallarico hope that the Amico will be show there so that all the stupid unbelievers see that the system is real. That would be really great cause Microsoft is also on the show with their Xbox Series X. The Show would be also great cause a lot of gamers that even know nothing on the Amico will see it there then. Of course if you can show something cause of the corona situation in the US and if the costs are not to high for the gamescom event.

I know there was some questions about the merchandise Golden Ticket give-a-way in regards to COUNTRIES.  In case some of you are not on social media, here is the post...

Congratulations to all our merchandise Golden Ticket prize winners! 40 prizes including 10 Amico consoles will be sent out to our winners from around the world including the US, Canada, Italy, UK, Sweden & Austria! Check your email to see if you are one of today’s big winners!

I checked with my folks yesterday and what they said is that everyone who received a Golden Ticket via merchandise NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE IN THE WORLD was entered into the give-a-way.  Clearly that is the case as 6 different countries were prize winners!!   HOWEVER!!!  The only way for you to be entered into the give-a-way by NOT having a merchandise Golden Ticket ONLY applied to the U.S. because of laws and regulations the we need to abide by because we are a U.S. based company.  That means that the only people who could enter without a merchandise Golden Ticket were from the U.S.  In our Terms & Conditions (which was posted on the website) it stated how to enter for free (by writing us via mail or e-mail and telling us what you loved about Amico and why... or something like that... I don't know the exact details of when folks needed to do.)

I apologize for any confusion this may have caused, but just know that EVERY merchandise Golden Ticket was automatically entered in the contest.  We have e-mailed all the winners from around the world and asked them if it is okay to release their names (either first name and country or full names & country).  Once the team hears back, we will be posting that information as well.

We have been planning our big online press conference for about a month.  There is a LOT of things that we need to do and say with the time we have.  Originally that was on the list.  But we may wait longer depending if we can hit 10/10 or not.  We will know a lot more by the end of next week.  California is completely shut down again so very hard to predict anything right now.

IGN is handling the show itself.  Geoff is only doing an opening night I believe.  We're not sure the timing is going to work (because we have our own thing that we can control 100%), but we've been talking with them.

Will there be any additional drawings for this group of tickets? Or are these now ineligible from any future "games"  that may come along?

THANK YOU so much for your SUPPORT!!!!!!

It's been a bit difficult for me personally thinking about the 10/10 date and how it relates to my sister and family.  I had a long talk with my mom over the weekend about the possibilities of the date sliding.  She was very understanding of course... but I'd be lying if I said she didn't start to cry a bit.    Not because of the console itself, but how important she knows the date was for me in regards to my sister.

Last week we had about a 50/50 chance of hitting 10/10.  Now that California is majorly closed down once again (and worse than before)... I'd say our chances of hitting 10/10 are now at about 20%.  We just can not legally put out a piece of electronics without all the proper compliance testing.  If anyone can tell me when California will open up and when COVID will be over... I'd appreciate it.  Ha!

Next week will be a 10% chance and the week after (end of July) would be the end for 10/10.  But we are STILL working hard to hit it!  Completely 100% out of our control at this point... but still trying our best.

But how about some GOOD news!!!

Within the next hour or so we'll be releasing a big press announcement that is going out over the wire across the U.S.!  Will share it here when I get a chance (and if @Intellivision Master doesn't beat me to it!).

Thank you all again for your support and understanding.  No one in a million years would have predicted something like this.  Especially 3 years ago when we were putting our timelines together.  But the great news is that no matter if the launch is delayed... it will just give us even more time to have more games ready on launch, more partners to announce, and more cool things to announce and put in place, etc.
