It's very likely most of those consoles will be used by kids to play alone.

They are probably Switch Lites, which aren't really consoles in the traditional sense. They're more like the 3DS.

Yeah. For sure.  But it's more about a certain segment or demographic not being the target and us confirming or already knowing that.  For example, when a hardcore teenage gamer is with friends and focus testing Amico they won't like it as much as if they are there with their parents or even by themselves.  So to truly understand the data you need to understand the demographic and the situation.  A teenager is going to have a different and more adverse reaction to our $249 price tag than a mom or dad of a 3 - 7 year old who feel that $249 is a value for something that will provide hours and hours of safe family entertainment (and something they don't need to worry about their kids playing when they aren't around).

As for myself, I have literally 0% worry on any lag significant enough as to detract from the experience - period 

And the best part is when you'll be playing it when you and your wife come down to collect your Moon Patrol prize. 

Won't it be fun when "certain people" will call you a liar when you report no perceivable lag?

Yes!  That is the plan.  We are trying like crazy to get that in for launch... but if not, it may come a few months later.

Yeah!  I was a huge Archon II fan on my Apple IIc.  We have the license for it, but haven't started working on it just yet as the team is just finishing up Battle Tanks for us.
