Great, we all appear to be in agreement - no damaging lag issues; BTW which can already be seen (or more accurately, not seen) in the numerous Texas videos. Can we please now move on?

As for myself, I have literally 0% worry on any lag significant enough as to detract from the experience - period

Will there be a simple way for people to set up different ‘friends’ leader boards, such that one could be set up and advertised for different cities, large companies, etc.? You wouldn't get the achievements, but would be cool if the ecosystem allowed for setup and access to specific groups via some type of local advertisement; company news letters, for example.

That sounds awesome.  I would love to set up a leaderboard for my kids and all their cousins to compete with each other.  And another leaderboard for me and my friends.  I also agree it's best to only award achievement badges & certificates to the official leaderboards to keep those legit.

As a parent, I would just want to make sure that my kids still have a safe online experience.  No chats, messaging, or any info other than screen name and country/state.

Here's an original question/advice for Tommy.

Tommy, I'm watching your 2h long interview where you managed to get the 5 skeptic guys from the UK. The stories you tell are great, like how you created the sounds for old games, how you wife doesn't like Overcooked... You did a good job explaining your mission.

Here's something that maybe you could improve: it often happens than there are 6 people in the call and only one is talking (you). I understand that you're the one being interviewed and also by far the one who has the most entertaining anecdotes to remember, but how about letting the others talk? Like, I don't know, maybe you could ask them some questions or something? LOL

It's more about the dynamics, I think you get my point. I hope you find my advice useful! 🤏🤓

P. S.: Here's two interesting things I noticed during the video:

1) Tommy's phone has a picture of a girl as the screen saver... probably his wife?

2) The guy in the bottom right, OEB Dawbs, had a monitor with the Pat & Ian podcast playing on it.

Tommy, we learned this week that the physical games will have a "First and limited Edition" !!!

Will the box will be numbered, like let say "255/5200" ?

I was also wondering if other languages other than English have already started to be implemented in most games and for the user interface?

It's really unfortunate that, out of the dozens of electronic components, 4 of them are likely to cause a new delay in the launch date. Tommy explains this in detail in this part of the interview with the UK guys.

I think reactions and research show that the world is "ready" for the Amico.

It's very likely most of those consoles will be used by kids to play alone.

Same here.  I had never played this one until it was mentioned here (I thought I had played them all), so I booted it up this AM and spent most of the morning playing.

I’m eagerly awaiting Tommy’s Pokémon announcement...

Meaning of course his announcement, “we got em all!!!”, in that IE has secured the last remaining components required to start fabrication. 

I know they are doing EVERYTHING they can to make it happen, but now that the supply chain issues are continuing to get worse and is starting to even affect things like availability of Chick-fil-A dipping sauce, I’m fearing an upcoming pandemonium that will continue to knock even more and more things off the rails.

Abuse would be even more insane on the Amico with the ability to use the disc to rotate the gun... but again, these games are not really family friendly.  I'm hopeful for a few titles in that genre, but I'm not holding my breath.

I have to admit... I am a paid shill for Intellivision, and I am on their payroll. Hopefully that's not a shock to anybody.

Nice Job Tommy, can't wait for the Amico in October so I can play with the kids!

Any updates on Archon?  My brother and I had so much fun with that game when we were young.  The banshee was one of my favorite pieces.
