Not gonna bring up their names but if it is gonna be delayed I don't know how many people are gonna want their money tied up. I don't believe everything what people against you have said because I'm still here not banned, but I would be lying if I didn't say there was a walking on eggshells feeling around here. Really confused by your post.

You're opening line is...  "Tommy dear god show some game footage or something."

I'm guessing you may not be on our mailing list?   That is exactly what we did today! 

I don't mean to embarrass you... I'm just trying to figure out why someone would open with that... when that is exactly what we did today.

I would recommend not watching all those negative videos based on misinformation and twisting of the facts.  The only "desperate" videos I see are from the same negative obsessed ding dongs.  Even talking about my "desktop" and making up complete fabricated lies about "Banana Pie"... or the latest...  our job postings FOR ACCESSORIES AND PERIPHERALS FOR 2021 & 2022.  Desperate videos stating that you don't need an Amico console or our controllers to play our "mobile" games is pathetically dumb and shows that people spend more time on trying to come up with negative spins as opposed to actually... oh... I don't know... doing ANY research what-so-ever.  How about desperate videos claiming that we don't have a working machine and working system and firmware when we've already showed the entire thing working back in March (see our Missile Command & Sideswiper videos).

Yes... they are desperate.... not us.

We are holding back all information because we're doing a big streamed online press conference (more info coming soon!). 

If we do get delayed (will know by the end of this month) then people are more than welcome to give up their Founders Editions or VIP Editions.   I'd rather put out a system that is 100% fun, tested and WORKS than to just rush it out based on a special personal date to me that I picked 3 years ago.

You are correct. Not a single person was banned from here because they had a difference of opinion or they didn't like me or Amico.  They got banned because they didn't follow the forum rules.  Maybe @jaybird3rd can give a few general overviews of WHY people were banned.  It's not what those folks are saying... that's for sure.

Anyway... I know you're not interested in a back and forth argument... and I hope this response doesn't come across that way.  Just giving you some real info as to the reality of the situation.

That is correct.  Our average consumer doesn't even know we exist yet.  Which is why all this negative or positive talk really doesn't matter in the long run.

The majority of folks who will be purchasing Amico are not on AA and they don't watch retro channels on YouTube.

So any "worrying" about anything at this point is just plain silly.

So this is all I have to do to be entered in the contest ? And it applies to us Canadians ? 

I wonder if this month we'll get the reveal of the 6th pack in game?  Or perhaps a confirmation for a 7th game?  If I remember correctly, Tommy said there could be as many as 8 pack in games.  That would be great.  I was happy with just the original 5, but the more the merrier.  

I see Pat and Ian have a new Amico video up. Has anyone watched it so that I don't have to ? Lol

Another bunch of misinformed "claims" without doing research.

They "claim" it could be a Banana Pi.  It's not.

They "declare" that all of our games can be played on mobile and that our machine or controller doesn't make a difference.  They are 100% wrong.

They say we don't have a working machine and firmware, etc. yet we've shown a complete and working machine back in March with our controllers AND mobile app controllers (Missile Command & Sideswipers videos).

But the bulk of the video was them completely misinterpreting some old and new job postings we have on various job sites for ADDITIONAL firmware engineers and product managers.  Completely missing the point that when we say "you'll be working on the Amico console" we mean the project in general.  We always look for folks for various things like ACCESSORIES and PERIPHERALS for 2021/2022.  Yet they try to make it seem like the system and project is in trouble, etc.

Again... just more misinformation by a couple of folks who refuse to talk to me (on or off air... I don't care), refuse to come and see and play all the working machines or... to even do the slightest bit of research by going to our YouTube channel and seeing the multiple videos of the completed machine working.

I left a comment on the video as well as tweeted him directly with the following message...

Yo @PatTheNESpunk. You say we don't have a working machine. We've showed the system working since March (check our YouTube channel please). And the offer to show you the machine & play it in person still stands. Or, if you would like to discuss some of the other concerns you have I'm more than happy to discuss over the phone or a live stream. Public or private. Makes no difference to me. It's not a Banana Pi & the reason for job postings is because we are GROWING & need ACCESSORIES for 2021 & 2022. Working on Amico means the system in general. Thanks. Hi all, professional thread lurker and FE buyer here. As many have said before, I also appreciate @Tommy Tallarico's and @RxScram's enthusiasm and willingness to share insider information as well as detailed specs/concepts/etc. on an ongoing basis with this small group here. This type of communication of the ups as well as the uncertainties is pretty much unheard of these days and the transparency is refreshing. 

Really looking forward to the Amico to play with the family whenever it is able to be released. I have played several local games with the kids over the years (Rayman, Tiny Brains, Trine, Little Big Planet and others) and am hopeful that the Amico gives the whole family the opportunity to work together, compete, as well as beat up on each other when the situation warrants it! (Boxing was the original Intellivision game where my father beat up on me!) 

Also, looking forward to the new footage which hasn't made its way to me email yet. Hope to get more involved in this group here in the near future.

They certainly seem to act all tough and knowledgeable when they are on air by themselves.  They are so confident in what they say that you'd think they would jump at the chance to make me look like a fool in a 2 on 1 interview.

They say they don't want to give me promotion on their channel by doing a public interview... so I've asked them multiple times to do a private phone call or private play session at Intellivision (of the machine they declare isn't finished and doesn't exist).  I've asked them to do a public interview on someone else's channel and we will donate the money to the Child's Play charity. 

Yet they refuse to respond.

Folks should ask themselves why that is. 

But people know why.  It's obvious to anyone not drinking their Kool-Aid.

They make misinformed videos about their "concerns"...  yet are too afraid to speak to me about any of those "concerns" as they know how easy it would be for me to call them out on all of their misinformation.  Similar to what I did today in about 4 sentences.

I have Android 10 on my smartphone and I downloaded an NFC app but it says my phone doesn't have NFC. So, I can't scan the ticket.  Oh well.  😥
