Which I’d be totally OK with. With Amico game prices being so low, a new version would be on par or cheaper than a typical new set of physical cards.

I was thinking they can change the environments/looks as well to really make it a fresh experience or let you option to stay with the classic look.

I've played a lot of Blank Slate, and I don't see this as being a problem. There are so many cards that by the time you get to it a second time, you have completely different ideas of what to write down. I'm really excited for this one, alone with Night Stalker. Is it April yet?

And that makes sense, too.

I haven’t played a game like this in a long time except for Dixit and we were always buying the newest add-on cards. Blank Slate is a game I haven’t played so I appreciate seeing it from your experience.

As for April... hopefully we’ll speed through the rest of this wretched year and then get to April without any more delays caused by... well, frankly, I don’t rule anything out anymore at this crazy time in life.

Wow, just watched the gameplay vid. Gotta admit I wasn’t initially a fan of Astro Smash but the changes they’ve made are great. I guess that’s the risk of posting early WIP stuff as it’s hard for the punters to see the final vision.

All in all I was pretty blown away. It was only missing one thing - a retro low poly, 8-player arcade rally racer with blatant self promotion.

I wish.  We need a time machine that'll take us to April right away.  Or, have a time machine where the Amico is sent to us now from the future.

Yeah, hard to believe today was the initial launch date. That came up fast! Hopefully April will too, haha.

Hi Everyone!,

Well, although the live stream didn't exactly go as planned... the reactions to the 2 videos has been extremely positive... which is super cool!

I wanted to share a quick video that was just sent to me.  I don't know this person or their family, but this was their live reaction to the new gameplay trailer.

Hopefully folks can start to understand what we're all about.  :)

@Tommy Tallarico said in the live stream portion that they were going to show off the UI. Did I miss that part?

I need to record a video introduction for the UI... but I think I'm going to figure out this Live Stream issue and do another live stream about it next week as I'd really like to answer questions that folks may have.

This is awesome Tommy.  Hopefully the issue gets resolved.

One other thought from today’s presentation... did you notice there were about two dozen “thumbs down” for it before it even started?

I get that some people have an obsession for disliking Tommy and/or the Amico that borders on perhaps needing professional help, but at least be subtle about it and wait for the video to start before you frantically mash that “thumbs down” icon. Geez... both hilarious and sad.

Yeah... the idea is to do more versions down the road.  At our under $10 price point it's the way to go.  Especially with NO microtransactions, ads, etc.  :)

I checked out the new gameplay video... I think this is shaping up to be pretty cool. There are a lot of intense-looking arcade-style games and it's just nice to see that kind of game design get some time in the spotlight.

Tommy, will Blank Slate be translated to all languages?

A literal translation of that game would not be a good idea and, instead, translators should choose words in Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Japanese, French... that can combine with other words to create combinations or a single, longer word. I hope it's translated and they do a good, creative job with that, because the game looks fun.

@Tommy Tallarico, whats the address for mailing in the MP challenge?  Not seeing ability to upload a pic within the web site contact.  Sorry, not on FB or Twitter.

To everyone else, as an FYI the SS with my high score posted earlier is not my highest score, always got to keep one up the sleeve,  just sayin.
