It will be interesting (and stressful) to know who will be prioritized (GameStop, Walmart, North America, Europe, etc) because we will not have 100,000 units available at launch. 😔

And if only one components is not available (actually 4 are missing), we could be at zero units ! I have hope in plan F or G from Intellivision, but I don't know how they will be able to produce many units  !!

Sony already claimed they will have to change some parts in 2022 in producing the PS5 !

Part are too expensive or / and impossible to find!

I have faith, but the clock is thicking and we have only two months before going into production. 😪

Great looking patch! LOVE how it matches the console vibe!

I've got a Founder's Edition, for our home on order, and a Graphite Black for my In-Law's to go along with, and one day replace their Wii, on order.  If Y'All had a Neon Green model, I'd probably be ordering another one, just to have for another room in my house, as that is my favorite color!

I've got two weeks of vacation scheduled around the time that Y'All have on the calendar that You're currently targeting to be landing the FE's on our doorsteps this Fall. I've been scheduling, and rescheduling that time since the console was first supposed to land, STILL CAN'T WAIT!!

I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE that I SOMEHOW MISSED you when Y'All were here in Texas recently, the National Videogame Museum is about 12 miles, or so, from where I live! HOPEFULLY someday you will make it back through this part of the world again!

Keep up the great work Sir, and Thank You so much for sharing this journey with all of us! I'm sure that you have felt that it was the wrong choice on certain occasions, but I hope that you know what this means to all of us "normal" folks, who will never get a chance to see anything like this in our lives like this in any other way!

Wouldn't that be something?  I hope we get more color options.  I'd like to see translucent colors like the N64 had.

I'm sure this quantitative conclusion was arrived at scientifically based on a thorough knowledge of the inner working of the company and the process of gaming console development and production during worldwide pandemics. I'm sure their not just a bunch of armchair critics LOL!

There may be a way to answer this pretty quickly:

Tommy, we've seen videos of your staff hand-assembling Amico consoles for the founders edition. Are those consoles complete in terms of hardware, or are they still waiting on some components from overseas before they can be fully assembled?

If they're fully-assembled now, then of course they will be going out in October. Even if the distribution is limited, it will still be a distribution.

If they're fully-assembled now, then of course they will be going out in October. Even if the distribution is limited, it will still be a distribution.

I believe those are dev models, so, not the final version for public sales.

Those were not Founder's Editions... those were Dev Kits for our developers.

Nothing for the public is ready for manufacturing until we pass all Compliance.  And although we have started that process and received PASS from certain criteria... we have not submitted for others just yet.

See above (i.e. they were not final retail products).

We've had to switch a few of our parts as well last minute due to shortages.  I talk about it in detail on last nights Amico All Access.
